Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
Voxvey Research LLC (“Voxvey,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an artificial intelligence gateway, routing platform, orchestration layer, and developer infrastructure service. Voxvey does not provide medical, legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment, engineering, psychological, or other professional advice.
Content generated through the Services is produced by artificial intelligence systems operated by Voxvey customers, third-party providers, or local model deployments. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for a particular purpose.
Users are solely responsible for evaluating, reviewing, validating, and independently verifying any information generated through the Services before relying upon it. Voxvey makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, safety, or suitability of AI-generated content.
Health and Medical Information
The Services may be used to generate content related to medicine, healthcare, mental health, nutrition, fitness, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnoses, treatments, symptoms, or wellness. Any health-related content generated through the Services is provided solely for informational and educational purposes.
Such content does not constitute medical advice, does not create a physician-patient relationship, does not replace professional medical evaluation, should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and should not be relied upon during medical emergencies.
Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical condition or treatment decision. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, immediately contact emergency services or seek emergency medical care.
Local Models and Sensitive Information
Customers handling sensitive information, including health information, legal documents, trade secrets, proprietary business information, confidential records, or regulated data, should strongly consider using self-hosted or locally deployed AI models.
When a model is deployed locally or within infrastructure controlled by the customer, customer data may remain entirely within the customer’s own environment and may not be transmitted to third-party AI providers. Local deployment often provides the highest degree of privacy, control, compliance flexibility, and data sovereignty.
Cloud AI Providers
When customers choose to use cloud-hosted AI providers through Voxvey, customer data may be transmitted to those providers for processing. Providers available through Voxvey may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ByteDance, Xiaomi MiMo, Meta, Perplexity, DeepSeek, xAI, and additional providers added over time.
Data transmitted to these providers becomes subject to the applicable provider’s privacy policies, security practices, data retention policies, terms of service, legal obligations, and compliance programs. Customers are responsible for determining whether a particular provider satisfies their legal, privacy, compliance, regulatory, contractual, and security requirements.
No-Training API Commitment
Where available, Voxvey utilizes commercial, enterprise, and API offerings that are designed not to use customer-submitted content for model training. Voxvey itself does not train foundation models using customer prompts, outputs, or uploaded files; sell customer conversations; license customer data for AI training; or monetize customer prompts or outputs.
Customer content is processed solely for request fulfillment, model routing, security, abuse prevention, billing, platform reliability, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and legal compliance.

4. Analytics, Monitoring, and Infrastructure Providers
To provide the Services, Voxvey uses third-party service providers that may process limited information necessary to perform their services.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare may process network traffic, DNS requests, security events, website traffic, API traffic, IP addresses, and performance metrics to provide CDN, security, DDoS mitigation, DNS infrastructure, edge computing, routing, and analytics services.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics helps us understand website usage, traffic sources, user engagement, feature adoption, and platform performance. Information collected may include pages viewed, session information, browser information, device information, approximate location, and referring websites.
Zendesk
Zendesk may process customer support tickets, support communications, attachments, account information, and customer service interactions for the purpose of providing customer support.
Additional Service Providers
Voxvey may use additional providers for hosting, storage, monitoring, logging, email delivery, customer communications, payment processing, security services, compliance operations, and fraud prevention.
5. AI Model Providers
A core function of Voxvey is routing requests to third-party AI providers. Depending on customer configuration, requests may be transmitted to providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ByteDance, Xiaomi MiMo, Meta, Perplexity, DeepSeek, xAI, and other supported providers.
Information transmitted may include prompts, messages, files, images, audio, video, context data, and request metadata. Such transmission occurs solely to fulfill customer requests. Customers are responsible for reviewing and understanding the privacy practices of providers they choose to use.
Provider privacy resources include Anthropic / Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI, ByteDance Seed, Xiaomi MiMo, Perplexity API, and xAI.
6. We Do Not Sell Personal Information

We do not participate in data brokerage activities, monetize customer information through advertising networks, or sell customer data to marketers or advertisers.
7. How We Share Information
We may share information:
- With service providers that help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, monitoring, support).
- With third-party AI model providers to fulfill requests you make through the Voxvey gateway.
- When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request.
- To protect users, systems, rights, safety, security, and property.
- In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or asset sale (subject to applicable law).
- Within the Helio family of companies where necessary to provide the Services.
8. Data Retention
Voxvey retains customer prompts for up to 48 hours for safety, abuse prevention, security review, and operational diagnostics. After that period, prompts are deleted from Voxvey-controlled systems unless a longer period is required by law, necessary to investigate abuse or security incidents, or otherwise required to enforce our agreements and policies.
Retention periods for non-prompt information vary based on data type, customer configuration, contractual requirements, operational requirements, and legal requirements. Upstream AI model providers may retain prompts, files, outputs, metadata, or other submitted information for longer periods under their own privacy policies, security practices, data retention policies, and terms of service.
9. Security
We employ administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, authentication systems, audit logging, role-based permissions, security monitoring, threat detection, DDoS protection, network protections, infrastructure hardening, backup systems, and incident response procedures.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Data Transfers
Voxvey stores and processes account data in the United States. Voxvey does not transmit account data outside of the United States for ordinary operation of the Services.
Prompts may be transmitted outside of the United States only when necessary to fulfill a customer request using certain non-U.S. model providers, such as Xiaomi MiMo or DeepSeek. Where available, Voxvey uses no-training or commercial API configurations for those providers. No account data is transmitted to those providers for model processing.
By choosing to route a request to a non-U.S. model provider, you acknowledge that prompt content and related request metadata may be processed in jurisdictions where that provider operates.
11. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access information, correct information, delete information, export information, restrict processing, object to processing, or withdraw consent.
You may submit requests to privacy@voxvey.com. We may require identity verification before fulfilling requests.
